Case No. 09-CV-02136 SC
The purpose of this website is to inform everyone in the United States who, at anytime from May 15, 2005 to March 2, 2012, subscribed to any Hughes’ Consumer Service Plans, may be entitled to benefits under a class action settlement. To view a list of the service plans, please click here.
The settlement will provide a cash payment if (a) you paid an early termination fee before December 6, 2010 and/or (b) if you were no longer a Hughes Consumer Plan subscriber as of March 2, 2012 and did not pay an early termination fee before December 6, 2010. Non-cash benefits will be available for current Hughes subscribers. To qualify for a cash payment, you must submit a claim form by September 28, 2012.
The deadline to file a claim was September 28, 2012. You can no longer file a Claim Form online.
To file a claim, you needed to file a Claim Form via this website or by sending a Claim Form by mail to the Satellite Internet Settlement Administrator postmarked by September 28, 2012.
